Rheometer for fresh concrete

Portable compact net-independent rheometer specialy designed for measurement of fresh concrete and other suspensions of different consistency in the lab and on the construction site as well. The eBT-V can be used in two different measuring modes:

P mode:

for ordinary vibrated concrete, very stiff concrete as well as for modern flowable concrete. The force on the shear body is measured as a function of the shear rate. A maximum of one revolution (360°) can be used to measure only in non-sheared concrete. The specimen container is available with the volume of 20 l (option) and 40 l.

V mode:

for modern flowable concretes such as SCC and UHPC. The eBT-V measures the torque on the Vane geometry as a function of the speed.

− two modes of operation for suspensions of different consistency and max. particle size up to 32 mm

− net-independent and cable-free - battery powered

− operation and analysis on smartphone

− speed profile is freely programmable

− max. speed: 40 °/sec or 40 rpm

− max. torque: 10 Nm

− data transfer via Bluetooth (R)

− data export as Excel file (*.XML)

Delivery incl. specimen container 40 l, shear bodies with a cylinder and spherical shape, vane cell with 6 wings height and diamteter 103 mm, specimen container 15 l, device holder with 12 antislip rods, 2x rechargeable NiMH batteries, battery charger, Android Smartphone incl. case, charger and software for device operating and for reading the data, user manual.
