Application

The furnaces are intended for the  universal using in laboratories, firing of the enamels, production of the jewellery and all the other branch, where the fast start of rating and the perfect temperature´s lay-out in the furnace is needed.

Description of the construction of the furnace:

·      frameless construction with the mantle created by the hooped metal plate

·      door of the hooped metal plate tank shaped

·      chamber constituted of the insulating expanded portfolios of the mineral grain

·      in the sideplates inserted the heating panels from the fireproof ceramics

·      door fullfiled by the thick desk of the mineral grain

·      airing chimney at the back part of the furnace

·      heating elements interpolated to the panels from the fireproof ceramics

·      door equiped by the safety limit switch

·      power cord equiped by the single-phase plug

·      controller HT40 enables controlling to standard value

·      thermocouple of the type S, contactless switch relay

Equipment of the furnace covers:

·      manually down door opening

·      HT temperature controller  

Extra pay accessories:

·      CERAMIC programmable controller

·      INDUSTRY controller with the interface R 232 or R 485

·      exhaust fan (INDUSTRY controller is needed)

·      inlet of protection atmosphere

·      calibration of the measuring entry of the controller
